  3.     INDICTED. Donald Lukens, 58, Republican Congressman from Ohio;
  4. on a charge of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile; in
  5. Columbus. Anna Coffman, mother of a 17-year-old Columbus girl,
  6. accused Lukens of having twice paid for sex with her daughter, once
  7. when she was 13 years old. Coffman confronted Lukens with the
  8. charge last November in an encounter taped secretly by a Columbus
  9. TV station; he replied that he hadn't known her daughter was a
  10. teenager. Lukens denies the morals charge.
